At Hello Clio, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to make your exchange or refund process as seamless as your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Hello Clio tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days of receipt.
